Our family owned Fish Camp has been Set-Net Commercial Fishing for over 50 years and are 4th generation Commercial Fisherman here on the Upper Cook Inlet.
compensation: Guaranteed Base Pay + Travel/License Parity + Room/Board

Each summer we hire about ten crew members to live and work with us as we fish for various species of Salmon at our full service Fish Camp located just outside of Kenai, a few miles down K-Beach Road.
Hard working, mentally and physically strong individuals with good attitudes who want to experience something new, and possibly discover a new career are free to apply, no prior fishing experience needed.
MUST be over 18 years old, Legal to work in the United States, and able to afford a resident or nonresident commercial crew members license, the rest is provided by us: meals, transportation to and from the fish camp before the season and after the contract ends, room, board, and fishing gear.
